![]() | UMB Mentoring Program Will you be a good mentor? Will you succeed or fail? I don't know, but I urge you to meet the challenge. ~ Colin L. Powell |
The UM Mentoring Program assists new employees in adapting successfully to their new workplace. This program also helps new employees become oriented to the University and its goals, vision, and culture; helping them assess their professional aspirations within our organization.
How to Get Involved
Participation in the program is voluntary. Mentors and protégés are matched by the coordinator based on similarities in the content of their respective applications. We will be recruiting mentors and accepting applications for protégés for the 2013 Program which starts in June.
